Yes! It is true, being invited for a round of ‘stale’ pasulj or sarma is the best thing ever!
Once pasulj and sarma are prepared, they are good to go and they are great, depending on how skilled the chef is, of course.
However, the second day of pasulj and sarma being heated up adds to the taste because it has already been a day of all the ingredients being blended together.
THE THIRD DAY is even better, pasulj and sarma reach their full tastes.
What happens on the fourth day? No one knows! There has never been a case of pasulj and sarma leftovers!
